Biopharmaceutical Company Rigvir Group has assigned one of its holding organizations to a new partner - the Global Virotherapy Cancer Clinic of Virotherapy Excellence. This is implemented as a part of the strategy to focus all the resources exclusively on the biotech format of the company, continuing extensive research and development of its main product, the oncological virus Rigvir, and novel product indications.
The clinics new owner, the Amber Capital holding, will continue the work under the name "Global Virotherapy and Integrative Medicine Cancer Clinic". "Cancer virotherapy is a treatment method we believe in, so it was a significant argument to acquire this company. We will continue to build this clinic as a place where oncological patients from all over the world can expect their physical and psychological health to be taken care of according to the highest standards of medical service," emphasizes the new head of the clinic, Māris Lūks.
The clinic is in Jūrmala, Jaunā Street 12, offering patients with effective and complex treatment of cancer with virotherapy; In the new format, it is planned to supplement its range of services with several other medical methods available in Latvia and the necessary medical support measures for patients.
